ConfiForms → Mail Forms for XWiki
Replace suitable ConfiForms email workflows with Mail Forms for XWiki while your team moves from Confluence.
From ConfiForms to Mail Forms
XWiki already provides a Confluence Migration Toolkit for migrating wiki content. 113 HASH focuses on a more specific challenge: rebuilding suitable ConfiForms-based email requests and notification workflows with Mail Forms for XWiki.
What the engagement can include
- Review of existing ConfiForms definitions and email notification rules
- Mapping supported fields, recipients, subjects and notification behaviour
- Rebuilding suitable forms in XWiki and checking access permissions
- Testing representative submissions, attachments and confirmation messages where applicable
- Assisted validation, documentation and handover for the new workflow
Scope and limitations
Migration begins with an assessment: email-first forms are the intended fit. Database-backed entries, complex automation, external integrations and historical submission records are not automatically migrated or reproduced. Any additional functionality must be scoped separately; full feature parity is not implied.
Independent third-party service. 113 HASH is not affiliated with or endorsed by Atlassian or XWiki SAS. ConfiForms, Confluence and XWiki are names of their respective owners.
